As a benefit to members and non-members, we have an online, searchable directory of the businesses represented in NAWBO Houston. You may search by key word or industry to find and support these women-owned businesses. If you are a member and would like to be included in the directory, as well as a downloadable Membership Directory available to members only, please view instructions and information below.
To start using the Membership Directory, click here (also located under the Membership tab in the Main Navigation).
Only NAWBO Houston members in good standing may be listed in the Find A Member Directory.
Instructions for the Membership Directory:
- Create an account via the link in the top right corner of the NAWBOHouston.org web site. Fill in the fields, and if you would NOT like to be included in the Public Find A Member Online Directory, please uncheck the box “Include this listing in the public “Find A Member” search? ” You can change this later, if you prefer.
- Check email for a message from NAWBO Houston (). This message includes a temporary password to log in to NAWBO Houston’s site, as well as the link to follow for login.
- Log in with the username you created and the temporary password.
- Once in the ‘Manage Your Profile’ page, you may fill in remaining contact info and press Submit.
- Change your password to something you will remember. If you chose to participate in the Public Listing, your listing will be seen by the general public. Be sure you have indicated your preference in the checkbox under the ‘Listing Type’ section.
- All users will be listed in the private, members-only downloadable Membership Directory (which can be viewed in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program). Download this file at the base of the Manage Your Profile section.
There are 2 types of listings: Basic and Enhanced. Basic Listings are free for all NAWBO Houston members. Only those who purchase the Enhanced Listing ($25 annual fee)* will have their business description, logo/photo, and physical address visible in the Membership Directory. Once you purchase the Enhanced Listing, please allow 1 week for approval & processing before your listing shows up as Enhanced.
Congratulations! Your listing will now appear in the Find A Member Online Directory and downloadable Membership Directory (per your preference).
