Our speaker will be Ms. Gayla Bentley owner of the Gayla Bentley Fashion Group in Houston, Texas. She was named Woman Business Owner of the Year in 2008 by the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and was a 2007 finalist in the Make Mine a Million $ Business, a program of Count Me In. She has been designing fashions for women sizes 2-28 for the past 10 years with an eye for the Modern Woman size 12 and larger. She was on the brink of global discovery when she was contacted by the producers of the new Mark Bennett reality show, “Shark Tank”. And the rest, as they say, is HISTORY!!! Join FHPW as Gayla talks about what it is like to “swim with the sharks” and how to live to tell about it.
